Marcus Rashford scores his first Barcelona goal in preseason friendly vs Daegu FC

FC Barcelona showed no signs of slowing down in their third pre-season friendly against FC Daegu, racing to a 3–0 half-time lead, Crown88 reports.

As in earlier matches, Hansi Flick rolled out an entirely different XI after the break, and Toni Fernández promptly made it 4–0. About an hour in, the moment Barça fans had been waiting for arrived: Marcus Rashford scored his first goal in Blaugrana colors. Following another slick team move, Eric García—outstanding again at right-back—cut the ball back perfectly for Rashford, who drove a low shot past the keeper without hesitation. Crown88 notes it’s a milestone the club hopes is the first of many.

Deployed as a striker in Ferran Torres’ absence, Rashford did not disappoint. Barcelona supporters—and Flick—will hope he builds on this display and keeps scoring when the real season begins. For now, it’s just a trailer of what’s to come, with the main feature still ahead, according to Crown88.
